I told the guy I was not taking another half day from work to be ignored.

Do you still have to pay them to install? I went to them one time and they was going to charge me for the equipment and install.

I already had the equipment, and i was just moving. I had to pay them 60 bucks to put up a new pole and run the wire. Money well spent. The old fellow crawled up under the house, and when he came out, he was covered in spider webs lol [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

and the verdict is.....no they will not set it up

I was told that they can note they need to be here at 5....guy calls me at 10 til 1pm wanting directions, mind you I was on my way to a developmental screening in Coeburn at this time. Told they guy they were to note the time delay, he said they didn't. SOOOO.....Suburban Services states that it will be NEXT Tuesday or if I really need a weekend the weekend of the 6th (not to mention the installer said that they could put a priority on it, whole lot of priority, I do have to say he was very nice though, he was good to work with me)
Suburban says that they can't do it after 5, despite 2 people from there saying they can note it and that the installers will do that. So someone is a liar somewhere along the lines. On hold with the main company right now.

lol....well Nikki used to work with my husband, she called us (of course I was raising some hell on the phone with the main company) So MikMo how long does it take to install?
